You are purchasing a pre-order book before its official release. The book you are buying in pre-sale is scheduled for release on April 19th, 2024. Jupiter Editions is committed to delivering the book 2 weeks after, setting as delivery date on May 5th, 2024.
The book can be shipped before the deadline for delivery, taking into account the number of orders. The pre-sale will be closed until the book launch date, on which date the price of the book may considerably increase its price, taking into account the laws of its stock exchange quotation. In case of cancellation of the launch, Jupiter Editions undertakes to refund the money and may agree with the Member Reader to convert the book into an ebook for a lower price.
Pursuant to the 1st Order/2nd Edition Game Rules, when the order for 2500 copies is reached, Jupiter Editions prints and delivers the book to the reader's address within a maximum period of 15 days, the aforementioned deadlines not being applied. To avoid consumption conflicts, it is important for the reader to know that Jupiter Editions does not accept exchanges or returns of its books once purchased and opened by the reader. However, Jupiter Editions admits that the reader may regret the purchase made and refuse to receive the book at home. If the reader refuses to receive the book at home, without opening it, Jupiter Editions accepts, in this case, the refund of the book price minus the shipping, return and printing costs of the book. Pursuant to Part II of number 1 of the point of the Jupiter Editions Privacy Policy, Jupiter Editions performs the technical storage of the data provided by readers when they voluntarily, lucidly and enlightenedly fill in the online order and purchase forms, being lawful the treatment that is necessary for the execution of the distance purchase and sale contract, such as the personal data required for billing purposes such as the tax identification number, credit card information and the complete address for the successful delivery of the book to the reader's address cfr. art. 6/1/b) of the GDPR to provide our readers with ongoing technical assistance and support until the book is delivered to the reader.
