Book - Six off the Record Ticket

To avoid consumption conflicts, it is important for the reader to know that Jupiter Editions does not accept exchanges or returns of its books once purchased and opened by the reader. However, Jupiter Editions admits that the reader may regret the purchase made and refuse to receive  the book at home.   If the reader refuses to receive the book at home, not opening it,  Jupiter Editions admits, in this case, the  return the price of the book minus the shipping costs, return  and book printing. Teatro Show Date SIX OFF THE RECORD: 29 October 2023.

Book delivery deadline: July 29 , 2022.

Location: Up to 72 hours before, Member Readers receive the secret location of SIX OFF THE RECORD. The planned site for the SIX OFF THE RECORD theater is 99km from Lisbon (about 40 minutes by car).  The launch site can only be changed to Lisbon or Cascais or if the transport of Member Readers round trip from Lisbon, Porto or Faro is guaranteed and paid for by Jupiter Editions.

If due to Change in Circumstances, State of Emergency or Calamity or governmental imposition, the show has to be cancelled, Jupiter Editions suggests a new date for the following 3 months by probing with Member Readers the best date . In the event of a new cancellation, a new survey will apply for the following 3 months and so on until the show takes place. Jupiter Editions may also change the initially scheduled date until 29 de July, due to the non-disclosure of stock of the first batch, and must announce a new date within the next 3 months. If the Member Reader is unable to attend the show, Jupiter Editions sends the book to the Member Reader within 7 days of the show. If the show cannot be carried out in the interests of the Editorial Strategy of Jupiter Editions within 12 months of the originally scheduled date, Jupiter Editions will definitely cancel the show, refunding the money. If the show takes place within 12 months, but within 6 months of the originally scheduled date, Jupiter Editions will refund 50% of the ticket price. If the nature of the cancellation is due to government imposition related to Public Health measures, whether due to new viruses or SARS-CoV-2 variants, Jupiter Editions will postpone it every 3 months in a survey with the Members Readers until the show takes place without the possibility of reimbursement.

Pursuant to Part II of number 1 of point i of the Jupiter Editions Privacy Policy, Jupiter Editions performs the technical storage of the data provided by readers when they voluntarily, lucidly and enlightenedly fill in the online order and purchase forms, being lawful the treatment that is necessary for the execution of the distance purchase and sale contract, such as the personal data required for billing purposes such as the tax identification number, credit card information and the complete address for the successful delivery of the book to the reader's address cfr. art. 6/1/b) of the GDPR to provide our readers with ongoing technical assistance and support until the book is delivered to the reader. Readers' bank details are stored for as long as legally required on secure servers by firewall with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) rules.

Jupiter Editions books are delivered worldwide. The indicated price is the final price and includes shipping costs. However, if you are buying  outside the European Union, your order may be subject to the control and tax of the Customs and Customs Services.
